BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings, Payment and Cancellations
To book please click here and fill out the enquiry form.
All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and firm bookings cannot be accepted until the 33% deposit payment has been received (full amount if your holiday is within 6 weeks). On receipt we will then confirm your booking by email. Your balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a damages deposit of £50 and we will send out a reminder. (Damage deposit refunds will be made within 7 days of departure). Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. These payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let your booking, in which case we will refund any monies you have paid to us, less any difference in the amount we have received from the replacement booking and a £40 admin fee.
(We highly recommend you take out HOLIDAY INSURANCE against any circumstances that may give you cause to cancel.)
Arrival/Departure
Arrivals are from 3pm and travel/key information will be sent to you once the balance of your holiday has been paid. Departure time is 10am and guests are kindly asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Please place the keys back in the key safe on departure.
Occupancy
The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy Sea Coombe is 4 + a baby. A baby can be accommodated in a travel cot. These figures must not be exceeded.
Parents are responsible for the behaviour of members of their party under 18.
Group bookings are at Owner's discretion.
Towels/bed linen, etc.
Towels/bed linen (except for the travel cot) and bath mat are provided for your stay but please bring your own beach towels.
Pets
Please do not allow your dog(s) on the furniture and do not leave them unattended in the property at any time. Please keep your dog on a lead whilst at Penstowe Park and kindly note that you are responsible for your dog(s) behaviour during your stay. Please pick up any mess and place in the blue rubbish bins.
Electricity
Electricity is provided by meter cards which can be purchased on-site.
Liability
The Owner will not accept any liability for any damage or breakages to the person or personal property of the hirer or any member of his/her party. Any unreasonable damage done to the property known as Sea Coombe or it's contents beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
Lost/forgotten items
The Owner will not be responsible for any items lost or left behind at the lodge. Returns can be made by special arrangement if items are found.
Smoking
In accordance with the 2007 smoking ban, smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas, including the accommodation.
Accessibility statement
Sea Coombe is a timber framed lodge that offers accommodation all on one level. Access to the lodge is via a 65 metre sloping pathway from the communal car park. To enter the property there is one step into the conservatory through a sliding patio door then a step over the door threshold into the main living area. Once inside the accommodation is all on one level with one bathroom. There is a walk-in shower (step over frame) with a grab rail on wall. The garden is accessed either from the conservatory or the living area through a sliding door both having a step down onto the patio with another step on to the lawn and/or seating area.
